Fran is an expert at connecting resources and keeping projects moving forward. She is also well known for her exceptional attention to detail and follow-up. Fran knows talent, the market, and trends. She always brings a fresh perspective.
Prior to launching McManus Recruiting, Fran held leadership roles for national and Fortune 500 companies, where she developed, led sales, and operations teams. Fran is an active member of the National Apartment Association, California Apartment Association, and Society of Human Resource Management. She has held board seats within the industry for as long as twenty years.
